Women Only Self Defense 4-week Course – 20th of September!

These classes are for complete beginners only! All ages and fitness levels are welcome! These classes involve mild cardio only.

The course is led by a female instructor. We might use male assistants… you know, to have something(s) to kick.

  • Class times: Tuesdays, 7-8.30 pm.
  • Course Runs for 4 weeks – 20/09-11/10/2022
  • No minimum fitness level is required –  involves only mild cardio. For more cardio, book a mixed adult course if you’re up for a challenge!
