These classes are for complete beginners only! All ages and fitness levels are welcome! These classes involve mild cardio only.
All classes are run in line with current COVID regulations.
- Class times: Fridays, 6-7.30 pm.
- Course Runs for 4 weeks – 13/08-03/09.
- No minimum fitness level required – involves only mild cardio. Ages 13-18 are welcome but should be accompanied by an adult.
