Women Only Self Defense 4-week Course – 21st of January
These classes are for complete beginners only! All ages and fitness levels are welcome! These classes involve mild cardio only.
All classes are run in line with current COVID regulations.
- Class times: Fridays, 6-7.30 pm.
- Course Runs for 4 weeks – 21/01 – 11/02 2022
- No minimum fitness level required – involves only mild cardio. Ages 13-17 are welcome but should be accompanied by an adult.

Women’s Self-Defense Seminar in London on Sunday, 21st of November 10 am – 12.30 pm!
Location: Putney Pies & The Vault
The tickets cost £75 for the seminar – covering the essentials of Self Defense, empowering you with practical tips and techniques!
The seminar will consist of short lectures and practical self defense techniques to deescalate unwanted approaches and fight your way out of danger should you have to! This empowering seminar teaches you techniques that are based on the body’s natural reactive responses – no complicated steps! All abilities and fitness levels are welcome – it’s not a military bootcamp!
Women Only Regular Class – running all year round!
Book a trial for our regular class – to train with fellow minded women! The classes are being taught by a male and a female instructor.
