Women Only Self Defense 4-week Course – 1st of April – no joke!

These classes are for complete beginners only! All ages and fitness levels are welcome! These classes involve mild cardio only.

All classes are run in line with current COVID regulations.

  • Class times: Fridays, 6-7.30 pm.
  • Course Runs for 4 weeks – 01/04 – 22/04 2022
  • No minimum fitness level required –  involves only mild cardio. Ages 13-17 are welcome but should be accompanied by an adult.
