Women Only Self Defense 4-week Course –  from Friday, 13th of January 2023!

These classes are for complete beginners only! All ages and fitness levels are welcome! These classes involve mild cardio only.

The course is led by a female instructor. We might use male assistants… you know, to have something(s) to kick.

  • Class times: Thursdays, 6.30-8 pm.
  • Course Runs for 4 weeks – 13/01-03/02/2023
  • No minimum fitness level is required –  involves only mild cardio. For more cardio, book a mixed adult course if you’re up for a challenge!
